Job descriptionConduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children (ideally 3-12 years old) and adolescents.Utilize evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and culturally specific approaches.Collaborate with primary care providers, school personnel, and other community supports as part of integrated care.Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service area.Consult with Behavioral Health Director as necessary and appropriate.Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, in compliance with clinic policy. Complete diagnostic assessment by 4th visit and treatment plan by 6th visit.Support program development, including groups or specialty programming (e.g., parenting support, skill-building, school-based services).ideal candidate is bilingualpay : $35-40 / hr based on experience and qualifications.
