The Vice President, Growth and Outreach supports the hospitals in identification, development, and deployment of growth opportunities across markets, leads a team that serves as the execution arm for growth across the organization, and sources all candidates for hospital Growth and Outreach positions.
How you'll contribute
A Vice President, Growth and Outreach who excels in this role :
- Lead Growth and Outreach teams in execution of growth strategies that support LifePoint's health systems across the continuum.
- Lead Growth and Outreach teams in developing skills focused on identifying and encouraging discussions around process improvement opportunities for the health system to enable future growth.
- Develop standardized tools that support the Growth and Outreach teams in the LifePoint markets including developing and deploying best practices proven to be successful.
- Lead organizational initiatives to proactively address and remedy systemic opportunities for growth across Life-Point.
- Execute on both existing and potential growth strategies and develop benchmark criteria to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and provide internal consulting service, recommendations and analytics to provide actionable information to the strategic decision-making process.
- Coach and train hospital teams on customer service techniques to identify issues to ensure physician information is received and coach teams to help identify the correct operations or administrative staff member to drive issue resolution.
- On-site training and support for critical LifePoint locations to provide coaching and ongoing training; engage with leadership team as well as Growth and Outreach teams on-site.
- Support for transfer center implementations and operations in identified LifePoint hospitals; ongoing support and training for Growth and Outreach teams in markets with transfer centers.

Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree. Additional requirements include :
Minimum of 15 years, with 10 years in hospital operations.Clinical background / experience is preferred.EEOC Statement
