Cardella Construction Company is looking for a passionate, hard-working, energetic, and highly-motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in the overall planning, scheduling, and administration of an assigned project.
What you'll be up to :
- Owning the submittal, RFI and other document control processes
- Managing and coordinating all project inspections, including collaboration with inspectors and building departments
Assisting Project Manager and Superintendent in the following areas :
Project start upForecasting and planningMaterial delivery coordination and schedulingQuality ControlCloseout processWhat we're looking for :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training4+ years of working experience in construction industryWorking knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to disciplineWorking knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office required.Hard-working, motivated and passionate individualFlexibility with working location, as job sites are spread throughout South Florida / the USWillingness to travel to job sites
