About Us

Longbridge is an innovative online brokerage firm making investing more accessible, intuitive, and rewarding for retail investors. We are expanding in the U.S. and are looking for a Creative Lead to bring our brand vision to life across social media, paid media, email, and in-app channels.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on Creative / Content Lead who can concept, design, and produce engaging assets that resonate with retail investors—whether it’s a quick-turn TikTok video, an educational carousel for Instagram, a bold paid media banner, or an in-app animation. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and growth teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role is based in our New York City, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end creative production for marketing assets including videos, static images, carousels, and animations across social, paid, email, and product channels.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop content tailored for different formats and audiences, from high-converting ad creatives to educational and community-building visuals.
  • Manage the creative production calendar to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to ensure creatives are consistent, clear, and impactful.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends in retail investing, fintech, and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Oversee freelance designers, videographers, or agencies when needed.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven track record of producing video and static creatives for paid and organic channels.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media creative best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work in both video and static formats.
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the retail investing or finance space.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact results.
