Job Overview :
US Trades is seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator and Logistics Support team member to assist with material handling at one of our active conveyor system installation projects. This position will play a key role in ensuring that all components and materials are received, organized, and delivered to work areas in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities :
- Operate propane-powered forklifts safely and efficiently
- Unload trucks and receive materials according to delivery schedules
- Work closely with mechanical installation crews to deliver and stage materials as needed
- Track and maintain accurate inventory counts of all incoming and used components
- Assist with organizing materials and maintaining a clean, orderly laydown yard or storage area
- Coordinate with project leadership and warehouse teams to identify parts and material needs
- Follow all project site safety protocols and participate in daily safety briefings
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
- Support other logistics, labor, or site-related duties as required to keep material flow consistent and installation teams supplied
