This role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive oncology product and technology portfolio strategy within a dynamic diagnostics environment. The Senior Director will drive innovation by leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer research to prioritize portfolio investments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D, regulatory, commercial, and medical affairs—to guide the development and launch of impactful oncology solutions. Accountabilities

• Develop near- and long-term oncology portfolio strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collect, synthesize, and communicate market research and customer insights to guide portfolio decisions.
• Recommend investment priorities, target product profiles, and feature prioritization for oncology products.
• Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory, medical affairs) to execute product development and commercialization plans.
• Monitor and optimize the oncology portfolio, anticipating trends and evolving customer needs.
• Build and maintain a network of key external experts, partners, and collaborators to validate innovations.
• Lead strategic initiatives for portfolio optimization, market shaping, and evidence generation to drive adoption of products and services.
• Contribute to multi-modal technology roadmaps and identify collaboration or acquisition opportunities to enhance portfolio strategy.
