Machinist I

Shift : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Overtime Possible)

Location : Arlington, TX

Pay : $16 / hour

Job Summary :

Now hiring a Machinist I for a day shift opportunity in Arlington. This position involves machining precision parts based on blueprints and technical specifications. Ideal candidates will have previous machine shop experience and the ability to work with both conventional and CNC equipment.

Responsibilities :

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Operate machinery to produce molds, dies, and other precision parts

Perform basic setups on conventional and CNC machines

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Complete production paperwork

Assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements :

Prior machine shop experience

Understanding of weights, measurements, and metric conversions

Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Forklift and truck experience preferred
