Daily Responsibilities : Implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist Providing one-on-one assistance to pediatric clients to enhance motor skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence Recording patient progress and collaborating with therapists, families, and other team members Creating a fun, safe, and stimulating treatment environment Effectively communicating with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home exercise programs Required Skills : Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Completion of an Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program Preference for pediatric experience, although recent graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply CPR certification Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Company Information : Shining Stars Pediatric Therapy Center provides comprehensive therapeutic services tailored for children, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
