Closing Lead

The Closing Lead will assist with the delivery of an amazing Crunch Member Experience, through a successful operation of the front desk and related departments. The Closing Lead will assist in giving Member Service Representatives directions during closing shifts and ensure quality closing each shift. They will demonstrate an aptitude of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure integrity of the Crunch Brand.

Reports to : Front Desk Manager

Requirements :

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience working on a team preferred
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
