Position Overview :

As an Entry-Level Designer, you will support the design of building systems, assist in preparing technical documents, and provide essential day-to-day design support while focusing on continuous learning and development.

Venue Sector :

Design environments for arenas, stadiums, airports, and multi-space venues that enhance comfort and convenience.

Retail Sector :

Collaborate on projects for top retailers to create sustainable engineering solutions that elevate the consumer experience.

Health Sector :

Focus on designing healthcare facilities with safety, privacy, and convenience in mind.

Grocery & Distribution Sector :

Design stores and distribution centers that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Community Sector :

Contribute to creating inspiring gathering spaces within communities.

Business Sector :

Adapt to the evolving environments of workplaces and commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare design documents under the guidance of experienced engineering and design teams.

Support the review of shop drawings for compliance with plans and specifications.

Assist in engineering calculations as assigned.

Engage in business development activities under supervision.

Participate in client and industry events occasionally.

Foster a client-centric approach and mindset.

Collaborate closely with experienced teams to understand client requirements.

Communicate effectively with engineering and design teams on client inquiries.

Learn and gain proficiency in key industry software, including Revit and Bluebeam Revu.

Qualifications :

Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural).

Preferred : Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and relevant internship experience.

Foundational knowledge of engineering design principles and the architecture and engineering industry.

Familiarity with Revit and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
