Program Director
The Program Director will oversee and manage complex projects within the Finance & Accounting domain utilizing expertise in Psft-Customer Relationship Management Portfolio & Project Management and Portfolio Management. This hybrid role requires strategic planning and execution to ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives. The candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency and achieving financial goals.
In this role, you will :
- Lead the planning and execution of projects within the Finance & Accounting domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of Psft-Customer Relationship Management solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage Portfolio & Project Management processes to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Portfolio Management strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring all parties are informed and engaged in project developments.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues minimizing disruptions and delays.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the integrity and security of project data.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for future project planning and execution.
What you need to be considered :
Possess a strong background in Psft-Customer Relationship Management demonstrating the ability to implement and manage CRM solutions effectively.Have extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio Management optimizing resource allocation and project prioritization.Hold a deep understanding of Finance & Accounting domain ensuring projects align with financial goals and objectives.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Show proficiency in strategic planning and execution driving projects to successful completion.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills identifying and addressing project-related challenges effectively.Certifications Required :
