Senior Technical Services Specialist

The Senior Technical Services Specialist is a critical technical role focused on the support and upgrade of essential eDiscovery applications. This position necessitates extensive experience with managing leading platforms such as Relativity, CloudNine LAW / Explore, Nuix, iPro, RevealAI, Brainspace, and more. The specialist ensures these applications operate at peak efficiency by providing both frontend and backend support, driving continuous enhancements, and executing upgrade strategies to maintain secure and updated environments. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for eDiscovery applications on both frontend and backend.
• Support software suites such as Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro, effectively triaging and routing issues as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of client environments.
• Utilize innovative thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
• Document internal processes and procedures effectively.
• Communicate regularly with customers to update them on incident progress and notify them of changes or scheduled outages.
• Lead the support team and provide escalation assistance as required.
• Record all tasks as service tickets in ConnectWise.
• Manage a daily schedule in ConnectWise, logging all time and expenses meticulously.
• Identify areas for improvement internally and propose constructive changes.
