We are looking for a Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver / Service Call Operator to join our team at Carpenter Point S in Brookings, OR. This role involves providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, vehicle recovery and handling service calls in Brookings Oregon and its surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Responding to service calls, and providing roadside assistance such as vehicle lock outs, disabled motorists, jump starts, fuel delivery and tire changes
• Towing vehicles to designated locations
• Operating tow trucks and recovery equipment
• Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Completing paperwork and documenting service calls
