United Talent Staffing is hiring a Credit Union Manager for a small, well-established credit union in Charleston, WV. This branch serves postal employees and their families and manages about $6 million in assets.
We’re looking for someone with banking or credit union experience who’s ready to take on a leadership role and help the branch grow.
Responsibilities
- Run daily branch operations and assist members with accounts and loans.
- Lead a small team (1–5 staff members).
- Make sure all policies and regulations are followed.
- Help with financial reports, budgeting, and board meetings.
- Develop ideas to increase membership, deposits, and loans.
- Handle member questions and concerns.
Key Requirements
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.1+ years of credit union or banking experience.Knowledge of financial products and customer service.Strong leadership and communication skills.Comfortable using financial software and Microsoft Office.Must pass a background and credit check.Perks & Benefits :
