About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Hours per Shift : Guaranteed 32 hours

Experience : Minimum Years of Experience : New Grads are acceptable. SNF experience preferred.

License : Valid physical therapy assistant license required.

Certifications : COVID test required 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen attached upon submission.
• Resume attached upon submission.
• License verification attached upon submission.

Description :

Ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.

A resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

New graduates are acceptable.

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

A COVID test is required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results to be issued 48 hours prior to the start date.
