Estimator

CFS has partnered with a growing manufacturing company that's looking to hire an Estimator. As an Estimator, you will analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services by performing the following duties. Estimator Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze historical job cost information to develop detailed cost estimates for pending sales opportunities.
• Conduct periodic studies to identify standard labor and material cost data across multiple jobs of the same equipment type.
• Consults with various departments within the company as well as vendors where necessary to formulate estimates based on best available information.
• Prepare a monthly "mark-up" analysis on shipped jobs to assist management in assessing performance.
• Provide guidance, consultation, advice, and a historical perspective regarding engineering or manufacturing issues encountered over a tenure exceeded only be few in the company.
• Complete necessary quality system records, activities, or requirements.

Estimator Education & Requirements :

Salary : $75,000-$95,000
