Locum Tenens Primary Care Physician needed near Edgemont, WA starting as soon as credentialed.

• BC / BE Family Medicine
• Start Date : As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length : 3-6 months
• Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
• Practice Setting : Outpatient Primary Care
• Patients per day : Expected 18-20 but, would be ok seeing 16
• Department description : Provide care generally on an outpatient basis. Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. Arrange for referral resources for those medical specialties not provided by the organization for patients of the clinic. Evaluate patients, based on medical training and / or specialty, to determine the medical condition of the patient, through the performance of physical examinations, thereby, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. General Primary Care and office procedures.
• Active WA license & DEA required.
• Minimum experience required : New Grad with FP experience considered.
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days
• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
