Job Description : Role Synopsis
The Frac Hit Mitigation (FHM) Lead Technician is accountable for designing, implementing, and executing the Eagle Ford’s FHM program. This role ensures wells and facilities are safely prepared, monitored, and returned to production post-frac through proactive planning, system building, and real-time operational oversight. The FHM Lead uses data and analytics to drive decisions, enforces safety leadership at every step, and manages vendor and contract resources to deliver efficient, standardized, and safe operations.

How much do we pay (Base)? $90,000 - $106,000
Note that the pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
