Job description

We are seeking a skilled technician to support operations including repair, refurbishment, failure analysis, and complaint investigations.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform repair, rework, and upgrades of medical devices
Troubleshoot and analyze returned devices to determine root causes
Conduct Level 0 and 1 Product Complaint Investigations (PCI)
Ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality System Regulations
Accurately document service activities using Oracle
Support training and assist in continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED required; A.S. in technical field preferred

13 years of experience in service repair or a high-tech manufacturing environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems

Other Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old

Able to lift 3040 lbs

Travel may be required up to 25%
