Business Services Manager
The Business Services Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the Schiele Museum of Natural History. This position is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, contract management, revenue oversight, and facility operations. The role also supports workforce management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to enhance business services. Reporting to the museum Director and Assistant Director, the Business Services Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient business operations.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and grant administration.
Knowledge of business operations, human resources, and contract negotiation.
Ability to lead teams, develop staff, and foster a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and data analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with government entities, nonprofits, and private sector partners.
Education / Experience : Hiring range : $68,792 - $87,549 depending upon qualifications
