Job descriptionQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field Successful completion of a Physician Assistant program Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities : Conduct initial patient screenings and take medical histories Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests Diagnose patients' illnesses and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and provide patient education Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Skills : Strong clinical knowledge and skills Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Compassionate and caring attitude Additional Requirements : Willingness to work flexible hours Ability to adapt to changing environments Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
