My client, a very large law firm with offices in South Miami is looking for a an experienced Paralegal / Case Manager with a strong background in personal injury and litigation. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual (English / Spanish), highly organized, and able to manage a busy caseload from intake through trial preparation.
Responsibilities :
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain case files and track important deadlines.
- Translate and interpret as needed for client communications and document preparation.
