Candidates must have had relevant experience with scheduling and other administrative tasks, and being in user facing roles
Requirements
Must be able to work at Client location onsite as needed 5 days / week at a secure building in Sunnyvale and / or Cupertino
Must be able to work between 7 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, as needed by the program

Experience managing calendars and scheduling participants efficiently
Excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and energetic experience for participants
Exercises discretion and respect surrounding user privacy and unreleased products
Description / Key Responsibilities
Recruit subjects for studies while being mindful of diversity and inclusion criterion
Provide a positive, high energy experience for all participants
Manage user study participant correspondence, recruitment, scheduling, and compensation
Success Criteria / Definition of Done
Success criteria is measured by efficient user throughput. Proactively recruits users to backfill study cancellations to maximize user throughput. Ensure appropriate compensation and documentation protocols.
