Job description6S Ortho / Med Surg Overflow RN 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float Patients who have undergone bone and joint reconstructive surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma surgery, or have experienced sports injury. Med / Surg overflow. Remote telemetry monitoring with off the unit station staffed by tech. Patient ages are 18 and older. Patient ratios typically 1 : 4 but will occasionally flex to 1 : 5. Unit acts under a team nursing model Orientation / Start Dates held every other week on Thursday Years Required : 2 Years 1st Time Travelers Accepted if experienced in ICU Shift Info : 36 or 48hr contract options, Every other weekend required, Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs WV / Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license Years Required : 2 Years 1st Time Travelers Accepted if experienced in ICU 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a Every other weekend required Orientation / Start Dates held every other week on Thursday Telemetry, IV Start, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, Dopamine (for renal perfusion only), CPMs, Orthopat, Constavac, Hemovac, Wound Vacs, traction. Valid Drivers License is required. Candidate will not be considered without this. Social Security Card required. Must be legible. Please require if the candidate is working on a compact license. Driver's license must match compact state license.
