In this prn / casual position you will be required to :
- Have flexibility and availability to pick up visits through the week and on weekend days. At times this may be with short notice
- Pick up at least 12 points per month when there are visits available.
- Works 2 holidays per year
- Maintains required education, in-services and competencies

As a Home Care RN, you will :

Skilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive AssessmentTeaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and CaregiversInterdisciplinary collaborationProblem solving and critical thinking skillsMonitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goalsOasis documentationProvides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth)\n\nQualifications : \n
Minimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in Home Health.
Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation.
