Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial close, consolidations, and accurate financial statements.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to monitor cost accounting, inventory management, and key production metrics.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes to optimize reporting and decision-making.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital expenditure strategies.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering growth and development.
- Partner with senior leadership to formulate financial strategies and assess risk management initiatives.
- Contribute to the organization’s financial transformation by implementing scalable structures for future growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and operational finance.
- Demonstrated success in implementing financial systems and streamlining processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various departments and influence strategic decisions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop teams while driving organizational success.
