The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has some administrative experience. They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Greet clients and visitors at reception, announce and direct them
• Answer and properly route incoming phone calls (multiple lines, two companies)
• Perform administrative duties
• Perform data entry and track I9 forms
• Assist in the review project detail reports as needed and make corrections as needed
• Submit service tickets for building and office machine repairs as needed
• Assist in the month-end close and reporting process as needed
• Maintain various logs, reports and templates
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
• Other duties as assigned
