McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently searching for a Full-time Clinical Director of MAT Services to work in its Clinical Operations department in Charlotte, N C .
This role will lead the development of a centralized intake department to support timely, streamlined access to care across all programs. Experience in intake, admissions, or access-related services is strongly preferred.
How will you help us achieve our mission? You will :
- Program Leadership and Oversight :
Provide leadership and direction for assigned programs, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach throughout the continuum of care.
Oversee ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives related to client care and satisfaction.
Manage departmental employment processes, including performance evaluations, competency assessments, and disciplinary actions.
Work with the Compliance department to ensure programs meet federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements.
Identify opportunities to enhance current services or develop new programs in response to community needs and organizational goals.
Assist in developing and managing program budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
What are the qualifications needed for this role?
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Addiction, or a related field.
Valid licensure in one or more of the following : LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or RN.
This role supervises the Program Managers of the clinical programs.
