NC Licensed VP of Clinical Operations

A company is looking for a VP of Clinical Operations to provide leadership and oversight for Clinical Services and Casualty departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Clinical Services functions and Workers' Compensation Case Management and Utilization Review Programs

Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to evaluate departmental policies for continuous improvement

Develop metrics for process improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA)

Minimum of 4 years' experience in a clinical environment

Strong management skills in a clinical team setting

Previous experience in Utilization Management and Case Management preferred

Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Word and Excel
