Base pay range
$90.00 / hr - $110.00 / hr
- Duration : 3 months-to-hire - or longer but will go perm

- Must-Haves :
- 8-10 years of Salesforce Development experience
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Field tools and Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (APIs, Web Services, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
- Plusses :
- Salesforce certification(s) in relevant areas.
- Day to Day :
- Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Developer to work onsite 3 days a week in Columbus or Merillville for a large utilities customer of ours.
- Technical Support : Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions for assigned technical product / platform.
- Testing : Create appropriate unit, integration, and automated acceptance tests for features based on requirements.
- Design Decisions : Make appropriate design decisions based on knowledge of technology patterns and techniques based on Enterprise Architecture standards.
- Development : Develop products or platforms that fulfill requirements, are readable, maintainable, testable, and performant using common development lifecycle techniques.
- System Health : Create highly dependable products or platforms, accounting for monitoring, logging, metrics gathering, system health, and reporting. Must be able to identify, diagnose, and solve issues in a production setting.
- Solution Development : Develop and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of assigned products or platforms.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Code / Configuration Review and Quality Assurance : Participate in reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions.
Compensation :
$90 / hr to $100 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
