HR And Payroll Support Specialist

Update technical requirements in the UKG Ready (Kronos) system for operations and clients.
Provide advanced support to clients and internal staff on complex payroll, HR, and timekeeping issues.
Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready functionalities.
Handle and complete support requests efficiently.
Research and resolve issues promptly, while communicating status updates and estimated completion times clearly to clients.
Troubleshoot technical challenges, including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Checklists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments, and more.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience using and supporting UKG Ready (Kronos) in timekeeping, payroll, and / or HR.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
Proven ability to utilize various resources for researching and resolving basic to complex inquiries.
History of managing multiple simultaneous support cases in an organized manner.
Demonstrated consistent productivity and exceeding expectations with clients and team members.
Track record of delivering high-quality service under any circumstances.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, TLM, and HRIS.
Excellent and prompt attendance is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with insightful communication.
Willingness to embrace advanced training to continuously improve.
Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
Rest API experience is a major plus.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Understanding and experience with profile-based configuration in HCM systems.
Creative problem-solving skills, including "thinking outside the box" and testing "what if" scenarios without risking service interruptions or existing functionality.
Salary : $50,000 - $57,000 annually (based on experience).
Job Type : Full-time.
Schedule : 8-hour shifts.
Work Location : Hybrid remote in Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 (in-office 3 days per week).
