Job description

Plumbing Project Manager

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.

Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability.

Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site.

Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management.

Experience managing plumbing scopes on commercial or multifamily projects.

Proven track record as a plumbing project manager from start to finish.

Willingness to travel and work on-site across Georgia.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with plumbing systems, construction schedules, and field coordination.

Salary range of $76,000 to $94,000, depending on experience.
