Sales Representative – Southern California Territory (Los Angeles)

The Cary Company is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to grow our Southern California territory , focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines . This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region. Warehouses supporting this territory are located in Jurupa Valley, CA , Livermore, CA , Grand Prairie, TX and Salt Lake City, UT .
Compensation
Competitive Base Salary : $75,000–$90,000
- Performance-Based Incentives : Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
- High-Earning Opportunity : Top performers exceed over $100,000 total compensation as territory matures.
- Additional Rewards : Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
