What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and / or engaging in emergency response activities as neededRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the government facilityConduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presenceObserve and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnelWork collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and site staff to address concerns and uphold security-related standards at the locationComplete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking For :
Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements :
