Project Manager III, Construction Management, Baptist Design and Construction, Baptist Health

Baptist Health is hiring a Project Manager III, Construction Management to join the Design & Construction team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

The ideal candidate has :

• Has been a Construction Project Manager w / 10+ years of project management.
• Has demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of Large Medical Facility projects, inclusive of all aspects of building, infrastructure, and site including new facility construction, Greenfield Ground-up Projects.
• Has engagement with and understanding of national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices including experience with AHCA Inspections (Both during Design and during Construction)
• Has a history of Healthcare User engagement, Administration engagement, and Facilities engagement.
• Has experience in Medical Equipment coordination.
• Has experience in complex interior renovations of hospital departments.
• Has experience in consultant contracts and oversight of internal team members.
• Has experience developing, maintaining, and overseeing protocols, databases, and strategy for achieving most efficient and effective cost control on large-scale construction projects.
• Will be a team member within Baptist Design & Construction department.
