Industrial Automation Reliability Lead
When your shift kicks off at 5 : 45 PM, you’re the go-to expert for keeping a high-speed bakery running at peak performance. You’ll set priorities, align with production and quality, and lead the line team through a plan that blends autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 tasks—while staying ready to tackle the unexpected.
What your night looks like
- Walk the lines, verify basic conditions, and ensure AM & PM standards are executed on dedicated equipment.
- Lead line teams, influence in a union environment, and handle tough interpersonal moments with tact.
- Serve as the key technical automation expert for the site—fielding PLC, VFD, servo, conveyor, and pump issues.
- Use strong PLC wiring and troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment faults; read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams with confidence.
- Drive electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting; identify improvement opportunities in industrial automation equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize process performance and efficiency.
- Ensure safe work practices and maintain complete documentation of maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

Experience with AM Step 4 and PM Step 3 systems; TPM and Six Sigma qualifications (AM steps 5–6, PM step 3).Hands-on with VFDs, PLCs, conveyor systems, servo motors, and pumping systems.Proven PLC wiring, programming, and troubleshooting ability.Strong capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.Who thrives here

Compensation & Benefits
$45.15 per hour plus an annual incentive target of 5% of your salary.
