Solutions Lead - Medical Technology

A company is looking for a Solutions Lead - Med Tech.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis and generate insights by partnering with Sales Directors to design solutions using healthcare claims data

Define data and technical requirements for customer solutions and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams

Support data integration with customer systems and lead training and change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience with large-scale healthcare claims data in the life sciences industry

Extensive experience in the Medical Technology industry with knowledge of device development and regulatory pathways

Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and SQL

Experience with large-scale data warehouses and platforms (e.g., GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)

Strong knowledge of healthcare coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG)
