What we are looking for :

We are seeking an Asset Recovery / Collections Clerical TEMP Full Time to assist First Atlantic Federal Credit Union to live out our Mission and Vision by working directly with the Controller and the Asset Recovery Supervisor to provide best value financial services to members by providing outstanding service to both external and internal members.

Job Summary

Will assist in reviewing members collection activity ranging from negative accounts, making collection calls on past due payments, pass due payments, auto repossession, and home foreclosures. Responsible for other aspects of the collections, clerical duties such as pulling loan documents, preparing letters, scanning, saving files to the drive, filing, process payments and refunds, and updating of logs.

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Education and / or Experience

High school diploma

Associate's / bachelor's degree is a plus

6 months to Two years' experience
