Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? Our client in Wilton, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join their precision production team. In this role, you'll help process and inspect small, intricate parts that play a critical role in the final product. Hours : Monday-Friday, full-time (first shift)

Pay : $18 / hr

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Location : Wilton, NH

What You'll Do

  • Set up and for cutting, forming, grinding, and assembling small precision components.
  • Read and follow detailed work instructions and blueprints.
  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
  • Track and verify part quantities through each stage of production.
  • Maintain organized workstations and ensure tools and fixtures are in top condition.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Material Control teams to resolve issues and ensure production goals are met.

What Our Client is Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with small components under a microscope.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools such as micrometers, drop gauges, and calipers.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new processes.
  • Desired Skills and Experience
