Role Description

  • Take Action and Make an Impact

As part of our team, you’ll immerse yourself in our hands-on approach and begin by actively doing the work. You’ll work closely with your coach to engage directly with clients (often virtually). You'll launch your efforts by diving right into the action—calling on Federal employees to guide them with their benefits and retirement options using our ethical, proven, highly effective methodology.

Master our industry-leading 4KAST report, covering many aspects of retirement income planning, benefits, and insurance. With this tool, you’ll learn to effectively support clients and generously monetize your efforts. This is a career, life-changing, opportunity to take control of your success.

This commission-only role offers both immediate and long-term income potential ($120,000 - $200,000 FY) and is primarily virtual. If you’re someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and take action, this "hunter" is the role for you. The only obstacle to your success is your own willingness to work hard. You’ll be your own supervisor, requiring self-discipline to keep moving forward. Success in this role means consistently engaging in meaningful client conversations, following the process with dedication, and making a real impact. Are you a go-getter?
