How you will enjoy your day :

Perform painting and wall repair to rooms and exterior of the property.

If this is the right fit for you, you will :

• Have a minimum of three years of experience
• Be available to work the hours of 07 : 00am-3 : 30pm
• Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as needed
• Handle painting, wall repair and wood refinishing in all guest rooms and public areas
• Keep records on rooms and public area painting
• Use pass down log
• Make rounds, identify and track areas that need painting
• Fill out requisitions for ordering supplies / parts
• Deal with various vendors for supplies
• Keep area in shop clean and organized
• Assist other engineering staff when needed
• Help control expenses
• Other duties as assigned
