Must Have
- 0-2 years of experience with testing and data analysis, creating test protocols and reports.
Nice to Have
2-3 years' experience with Sterilization Validation / Microbiology is desirable.Key Responsibilities
Sterilization ActivitiesOperate and monitor sterilizers (e.g., autoclaves, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, ethylene oxide, etc.).
Prepare and load samples for sterilization cycles following established protocols.Ensure compliance with sterilization parameters and safety standards.Technical Support & MaintenancePerform routine and preventive maintenance on sterilization and lab equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and deviations.Assist in equipment and sensor calibration, inspection, and repair activities.Data Analysis & ReportingMake and record observations; perform simple calculations; collect and prepare data for evaluation, analyze testing results.
Use MATLAB, Python, or other analytical tools to trend cycle performance and identify anomalies.Create and maintain technical reports, protocols, and documentation in accordance with SOP standards.Cross-functional CollaborationSupport microbiological testing and environmental monitoring when needed.
Collaborate with engineers and lab technicians to improve process efficiency and product quality.Participate in validation and qualification activities for equipment and processes.Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Applied Science, or a related field.3 years of experience in a technical lab or manufacturing environment; sterilization experience preferred.Familiarity with microbiological principles and sterile techniques.Proficiency in data analysis software (MATLAB, Excel, Python, etc.).Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow written procedures and work independently in a regulated environment.Communicates with contacts typically within immediate job area. Obtains and provides technical information requiring little explanation or interpretation.Requires limited job knowledge of systems, procedures, basic laboratory techniques and use of standard test instruments. Follows basic work routines and standards.Physical & Work Requirements
