Job Description
Assist in planning and managing public construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Monitor project progress and identify potential challenges or delays. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Support procurement activities, including reviewing bids and contracts. Provide regular communication and updates to team members and clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have : a background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience working on public construction projects is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
