Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 8am to 5pm. and emergencies as needed

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, preventive maintenance, and general repairs of the buildings systems and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to building emergencies and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including filter changes, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Maintain common areas (lobby, hallways, amenities, parking garage, etc.) in clean and operational condition.
• Assist with property inspections and vendor coordination for specialized repairs or services.
• Ensure tools, inventory, and maintenance supplies are well-stocked and properly stored.
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support tasks such as pressure washing, and exterior upkeep.
