Compliance Operations Analyst

Location : North Chicago, IL / Hybrid

Duration : 03+ Months contract, Potential with long term

Job Summary :

Provides administrative support to Compliance Operations OPENDOOR Team to create HCO / VCO alignment database.

Monitors and prioritizes email with timely responses.

Coordinates and maintains departmental files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and legal guidelines.

Uses basic and intermediate software skills to perform assigned work. Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software.

Professionally interacts with Compliance Operations team and collaboration partners

Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information.

Maintains and manages calendar and proactively identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts.

Participates in virtual and or in-person meetings as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum education :  Candidate must have completed at least some college-level studies.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat,

Self-starter able to function at a high level with general instruction.

Builds strong relationships with peers and cross-functionally with partners outside of assigned group as necessary to enable effective and efficient team operations.

Team-oriented, can-do attitude and desire to be productive contributor to overall organization.

Learns quickly and can change course quickly when needed.

Open to suggestions and innovation for improvement.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
