Job Description :

  • We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across ITSM, HR, and other business domains. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using Moveworks.
  • Integrate with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and other business applications.
  • Develop and optimize APIs (REST / JSON) for system connectivity, data aggregation, and workflow automation.
  • Configure conversation paths, plugins, and bot skills, ensuring accuracy in NLP intent recognition and response flows.
  • Implement testing, monitoring, and analytics to measure bot performance, usage patterns, and response quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Document system configurations and provide technical support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of technical experience, with at least 1 2 years in Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js development experience.
  • Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with HR lifecycle workflows (onboarding, performance management, case management) and ITSM processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience with Moveworks-specific configuration (intents, conversation design, thresholds).
  • Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce with AI assistants.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise security best practices.
  • Agile development and DevOps delivery experience.
  • Exposure to HR compliance and data security frameworks.
