Overview of the Office Manager role :

  • HR - payroll, garnishments, onboarding, benefits, 401(k), workers compensation and insurance renewals.
  • Accounting - accounts receivables, collections, payroll journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Procurement - planning / sourcing materials, purchasing, variance analysis, create purchase orders and setup suppliers.
  • Administrative - assist president with projects, company events and board meetings.
  • Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager :

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • Must have ERP experience along with ADP and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
