Job Description

Proper Hospitality is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Los Angeles.

Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the Proper Hospitality portfolio, delivering innovative, high-quality design that enhances the guest experience and supports brand growth.

Working closely with the Design team, you’ll establish and evolve a cohesive design language across digital and physical touchpoints—spanning brand campaigns, F&B concepts, social media, emails, events, and more. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll balance ideation, design development, and production while ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence across every project.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Design Development

• Own the development of creative assets across key marketing channels : email, organic and paid social, display advertising, print, property collateral, digital storytelling, event branding, and more
• Translate strategic briefs into visual campaigns and executions that feel distinctly Proper.
• Evolve and elevate Proper’s brand aesthetic while maintaining visual consistency across properties and platforms

Salary Range : $95,000-115,000
