What We Need :
Obagi is seeking a consistent and driven high performer with proven leadership and coaching skills to join our sales organization, supporting and managing the sales activity of our field team in their respective territory. This role will be responsible for leading a team of individuals in establishing, promoting, and maintaining a high level of sales of Obagi products. The Regional Manager role requires a great deal of enthusiasm, strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to work in the field with representatives, as needed, while maintaining all administrative functions and responsibilities.
What You’ll Do :
increasing SKU-penetration, order frequency / size, OPP participation, growing top 20 SKUs, new business avenues and meeting goals for Medical Device Sales
