Physician Otolaryngology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Join two other providers in a busy ENT / allergy practice with 2 full-time allergy nurses and room for significant allergy growth. Enjoy professional autonomy practicing bread and butter ENT in an office with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology. In-office procedures available if desired.

• Otolaryngology
• Independent 501(c)3 not-for profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics
• Dedicated weekly OR time
• State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
• State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
• Patient volume : Average of 20 patients / day (more if desired); medical scribes available
• Allergy experience desired
• Work schedule : 4-day work week
• Very competitive salary plus RVU bonus based on annual threshold
• Quality incentives up to $110,000, Signing bonus of $20,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription, Loan repayment
